We’d love to have your group join us for a fun, comfortable, relaxing retreat at The Main House. Here are the details regarding our rental prices and policies.
Rental Policies for The Main House:
- The Main House is a pet free and smoke free establishment.
- The Main House cannot accommodate activities such as dyeing and painting.
- All reservations at The Main House allow you to check-in beginning at 10:00am on your first night.
- Check-out for all reservations is at 11:00am on your last day.
- The Main House provides coffee, cereal & milk for breakfast as well as bottled water for rental guests, but lunch and dinner are not provided.
Please note: We do not have downstairs lodging; our lodging is all upstairs, accessible by stairs and an elevator. The ground floor is only accessible by stairs in case of a fire, therefore for the safety of wheelchair bound guests, we are unable to accommodate them in overnight lodging.
The Main House Rental Price:
The Main House is rentable Wednesday – Sunday for 3 sizes of groups: 12 to 16, 17 to 20, or 21 to 24, for a minimum of 3 nights.
All rentals include the studio and the lounge in addition to the appropriate number of lodging rooms to accommodate the group size.
Prices for the rental options are as follows:
(All rates are per night plus applicable lodging tax of 13%.)
For groups as small as 12 to 16:
$ $85.00 per night per person (Minimum of 12).
This includes the appropriate number of lodging rooms to accommodate the group size.
The Hotel/Motel tax of 13% will be added to this overnight rental fee.
For groups of 17 to 20: $75.00 per night per person (Minimum of 17).
This includes the appropriate number of lodging rooms to accommodate the group size.
The Hotel/Motel tax of 13% will be added to this overnight rental fee.
For groups of 21 to 24: $65.00 per night per person (Minimum of 21).
This includes the appropriate number of lodging rooms to accommodate the group size.
The Hotel/Motel tax of 13% will be added to this overnight rental fee.
A $200 deposit is required to secure the group reservation. The balance is due at arrival.
The Main House Cancellation Policies
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation for The Main House. If you cancel your reservation 90 days prior to arrival we will refund $100. Cancellations within 90 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
How do I place a rental reservation for The Main House?
We are not currently taking new bookings for The Main House.
