Welcome to The Main House Online Reservations System!
This calendar is your starting point for placing reservations for The Main House. Dates shown represent the nights that The Main House is available or booked. All rentals run from noon of the 1st night until noon of the day following your last night.

Using the calendar to make a reservation:
Available dates for The Main House rentals are marked in green. To begin the reservation process, just click the words "Reserve main house" on the night which you want to reserve. This will take you to a reservation form. (For multi-night rentals, click the first night desired.)

To reserve a room during one of our Creations Samplers, just click the link on the desired sampler date. If all the rooms for that event are booked, you'll receive a message so you can choose another Creations Sampler date. Once you get to a Creations Sampler Reservation form, you'll be presented with a list of available rooms for that event.

Main House Cancellation Policies

Main House Rentals:
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation for The Main House. The Main House deposit is non-refundable, but we will be happy to transfer the deposit to a new reservation date within 6 months, if The Main House is given a minimum of 14 days notice of a change in plans. Cancellations within 14 days of the event, or no shows, will forfeit the deposit.

Creations Sponsored Event Reservations:
Payment is due in full upon registration. If your plans for a Creations Sponsored Event must change, please let us know early. If you cancel prior to 48 hours in advance, we will be glad to refund your event fees, less a $50.00 handling charge, in the form of a gift certificate to Creations. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, there will be no refund.

Creations Sponsored Event Cancellations:
For any given Creations Sponsored Event, if rentals do not reach a minimum number of participants, Creations may cancel the event. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Main House Rental Policies:

The Main House is a pet free and smoke free establishment.
Children are allowed only as part of a predominantly adult event, such as a family reunion.
The Main House cannot accommodate activities such as dyeing and painting.
