We’d love to have your group join us for a fun, comfortable, relaxing retreat at The Main House. Here are the details regarding our rental prices and policies.

 

Rental Policies for The Main House:

  • The Main House is a pet free and smoke free establishment.
  • The Main House cannot accommodate activities such as dyeing and painting.
  • All reservations at The Main House allow you to check-in beginning at Noon on your first night.
  • Check-out for all reservations is at 4:00pm on your last day.
  • The Main House provides a continental breakfast for rental guests, but lunch and dinner are not provided.


Please note: We do not have downstairs lodging; our lodging is all upstairs, accessible by stairs and an elevator. The ground floor is only accessible by stairs in case of a fire, therefore for the safety of wheelchair bound guests, we are unable to accommodate them in overnight lodging.

 

The Main House Rental Price:

The Main House is rented on a nightly basis for 3 sizes of groups: 12, 16 or 24, for a minimum of 2 nights.

All rentals include the studio and the lounge in addition to the appropriate number of lodging rooms to accommodate the group size.

Prices for the rental options are as follows:
(All rates are per night plus applicable lodging tax.)

For groups as small as 12: $ $85.00 per night per person (Minimum of 12). This includes 4 lodging rooms (three 3-bed rooms and one 5-bed room). This option allows up to 12 people.

For groups of 13 to 16: $75.00 per night per person (Minimum of 13). This includes 4 lodging rooms (two 3-bed rooms and two 5-bed rooms). This option is for 13 to 16 people.

For groups of 17 to 24: $65.00 per night per person (Minimum of 17). This includes all lodging rooms (three 3-bed rooms and three 5-bed rooms). This option is for 17-  24 people.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the group reservation. The balance is due at arrival.

 

The Main House Cancellation Policies

A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation for The Main House. The Main House deposit is non-refundable, but we will be happy to transfer the deposit to a new reservation date within 6 months, if The Main House is given a minimum of 14 days notice of a change in plans. Cancellations within 14 days of the event, or no shows, will forfeit the deposit.

Find a set of dates that are available and click the Request a Reservation button to begin the reservation process.
